Video game addiction exists on a spectrum, from people who need a little help prioritizing homework over games to people who cannot play video games without serious consequences. As a gamer himself, Andrew knows that they can both be a part of a fulfilling life and also a barrier to achieving one’s goals.
Andrew works to help people reflect on their values and their relationship with video games to determine what changes they can make to live their best lives. For some, this might be broadening their social network, introducing other hobbies, or reducing gaming to an hour a day. For others it might be deleting all video games and using software programs to make it difficult to reinstall games in the future.
No matter your relationship with video games, Andrew can help you or your children decide what kind of life you want to live and how to get there.

Neurodiversity is a part of the human experience. Autism and ADHD are not challenges to overcome, they are unique ways of living which come with both difficulties and benefits.
Andrew therefore works to help both groups understand social nuances, develop tools to navigate a world not designed for them, build social support, and develop self-advocacy skills. Andrew has more than a decade of experience helping autistic people and those with ADHD communicate with others, set up systems to help themselves succeed, and stand up for themselves.

Trans and non-binary people have always existed and always will. Andrew has nearly a decade of experience helping trans people determine what steps they want to take to transition, decide how to advocate for themselves in different settings, and learn to navigate complex legal and medical systems.
